As opposed to full-ice, cross-ice hockey players spend far more time handling the puck (5 x more passes and 6 x more shots). A smaller ice surface also makes for a much quicker game which in turn makes for much quicker decision making.
The cross-ice portion of our Developmental Program is more focused on creativity, skill development, intensity and by far the most fun for players and goalies.
Cross Ice hockey is the quickest and fastest way to improve your hockey sense and develop as a player or a goalie.
