Skill Sessions help develop the following skills:

First Step Quickness, Edge Work, Escapes, Fakes, Puck Handling, Driving The Net, Creating Space, Walking The Blueline, Deception, 1 on 1s, Passing, Checking, Mobility Work, Training at Top Speed with the Puck, Delays, Agility, Changing Direction, Cross Overs, Puck Control.

These Sessions are for Forwards and Defence to improve the basic foundation of the player. Players will spend the majority of the practice with the puck on their stick.
